Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visualizer to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful creative campaigns. The candidate should have experience leading and mentoring a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors while ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative visual concepts and creative strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors, ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery.
- Conceptualize and oversee the creation of social media creatives, digital ads, branding materials, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Review and approve creative assets to ensure they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Client Servicing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Guide the team on design trends, creative direction, and best practices.
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and storytelling across all platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements





- 4–7 years of experience as a Senior Visualizer, Art Director, or Creative Lead, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway ML, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative visual solutions under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in motion graphics and video production.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media content, performance marketing creatives, and D2C brand communication.
- A robust portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative leadership is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per month
