Job Title: HR Manager (IT Hiring & HR Operations)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead end-to-end IT recruitment along with core HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for Digital Marketing, Web, and Mobile App roles, along with strong expertise in managing HR functions such as payroll, employee engagement, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. IT Recruitment (Primary Responsibility):

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing roles

Handle hiring for SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Web Developers (Frontend/Backend/Full Stack), and Mobile App Developers

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and vendors

Conduct HR screening and coordinate technical interviews

Manage salary negotiations and ensure timely closures

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs

2. HR Operations:

Oversee attendance management and ensure accurate records

Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounts team

Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution





Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Manage onboarding process and employee documentation

Handle exit formalities including FNF, clearance, and exit interviews

3. Employee Lifecycle Management:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance

Support performance management and appraisal processes

Improve HR processes and implement best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

4+ years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and technical hiring

Experience with payroll coordination and HRMS tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
