Job Summary:

The Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling material receipts and dispatches, and ensuring proper documentation and storage practices. The role requires attention to detail, coordination with multiple departments, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Handle receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and organization of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare and maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.




- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes.
- Support in inventory planning and control activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferred).
