## Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads and improve online visibility for multiple client accounts.

## Key Responsibilities

### Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

* Plan, create, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.

* Generate quality leads with a strong focus on ROI.

* Perform audience research, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.

### Google Ads

* Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.

* Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce CPC/CPA.

* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

* Track conversions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

### SEO

* Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

* Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.

* Optimize website content, meta tags, schema,



and internal linking.

* Build high-quality backlinks and improve website rankings.

* Monitor rankings and prepare SEO performance reports.

## Required Skills

* Minimum *1.5 years* of experience in Digital Marketing.

* Strong hands-on experience with *Meta Ads* and *Google Ads*.

* Good knowledge of *On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO*.

* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

* Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

* Excellent communication and reporting skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
