Role Overview

The Inventory & Billing Executive is responsible for inventory control, GST billing, stock record maintenance, MIS reporting, and coordination with warehouse and accounts to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage inventory and stock records.

· Prepare Sales and Purchase GST invoices.

· Maintain stock inward/outward entries.

· Generate Excel reports and MIS.

· Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams.





· Maintain accurate inventory documentation.

· Ensure GST compliance including HSN codes and tax calculations.

· Support stock audits and reconciliations.
