Experience (minimum 01 years experience in hotel or in retail stores & Purchase) two Wheeler driving license is required

Key Responsibilities:

- Following & Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods are strictly followed.
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantity, quality, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Check expiry dates, packaging, and conditions of perishable and non-perishable goods.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department and Accounts for any discrepancies or rejections.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and arranged systematically by category and expiry.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in all storage areas as per HACCP / FSSAI / hotel standards.
- Monitor temperature and humidity control in cold storage areas (where applicable).
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verifications and assist with inventory audits.
- Issue materials to various departments against authorized store requisitions.
- Record and update stock issuance accurately in the inventory management system.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Received Note), Issue Slips,



and other related store documentation.
- Update stock ledgers and assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for reconciliation of invoices and stock values.
- Follow all hotel policies and safety procedures related to store operations.
- Ensure proper storage of chemicals and flammable materials in designated areas.
- Support internal and external audits with necessary records and documentation.
- Coordination with Purchase, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Accounts departments.
- involve occasional lifting or movement of goods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
