We are a reputed NGO implementing skill training under Corporate CSR initiatives and are looking for passionate Soft Skills/Employability Trainers for ITIs and Colleges. Candidates must be graduates, preferably in Social Work, with experience in training or community development. Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching youth are essential. Prior experience in soft skills or life skills training is highly desirable. This is part of a recent initiative with our long-standing multi-conglomerate corporate partner. The candidate should report to our training centre in Viralimalai and travel to designated colleges/ITI s for training. The job also involves documentation work and co-ordianting placement assistance to trained candidates.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
