We are looking for someone who is having worked with MS Office and is proficient in generating leads from various sources with solid interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate must have 1 year - 3 years of experience and at least a bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
Responsibilities
- Generate Leads through Outbound calls.
- Generate the business for the company.
- Create a database of prospective clients/leads.
- Pitch the product to the prospective client/lead by fixing a time convenient to them.
- Follow up telephonically and on emails for an appointment.
- Maintain the status on each lead so that the information can be used for future campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales team for the Client appointments.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Providing information to customers.
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Closing sales deals.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Updating customer details.
