About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Performance Marketing Team Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing priorities, coordinating with teams, tracking projects, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Team Manager's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with Media Buyers, Designers, Video Editors, and Content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Coordinate with different agencies as and when required for smooth team operations
- Track campaign timelines, task progress, and follow up on pending action items.
- Assist with performance reports, dashboards,



and campaign updates.
- Support team planning, process improvements, and digital marketing operational coordination.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or performance marketing is a plus.

NOTE: CANDIDATES FROM PUNJAB PREFERRED.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
