The partnership is centred on improving the quality and accessibility of survivor-centred services by strengthening institutions, building the capacities of frontline service providers, promoting disability inclusion, enhancing community engagement, and supporting pathways for long-term rehabilitation. Within this broader effort, a key focus of the project is on strengthening economic empowerment opportunities for women residing in selected Shakti Sadans. By connecting women to skills, livelihoods, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities,
