- Manage maintenance of all instrumentation, control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and field instruments.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely calibration of instruments as per quality and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and improve performance of automation systems.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and minimize plant downtime.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain documentation related to instrumentation systems and calibration records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory related to instrumentation equipment.
- Lead and supervise instrumentation technicians and engineers.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Support current projects, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
