Moi Escapes is a boutique hospitality brand managing premium villa stays in coastal Karnataka. We focus on curated guest experiences, strong design identity, and high occupancy performance.
We are looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to handle end-to-end booking operations, OTA management, pricing strategy, and guest coordination across multiple properties.
Responsibilities
- Handle all booking inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, OTAs)
- Manage Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.
- Update rates & availability daily using channel manager
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies
- Avoid overbookings and inventory errors
- Coordinate with on-site teams for smooth check-ins
- Monitor guest reviews and coordinate responses
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports
- Increase direct bookings and upsell add-on services
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in hotel reservations or revenue management
- Experience handling multiple properties preferred
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel manager systems
- Valuable Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and revenue-focused
