Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Meta and Google Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placements for optimal performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), and optimize for better results.
- A/B test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Skills And Qualifications

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads.




- Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
