Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to learn and support daily restaurant

operations. This role offers hands-on training in customer service, team management, food

safety, and business operations, preparing you for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

 Learn and assist in daily restaurant operations.

 Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

 Support order management, billing, and service activities.

 Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

 Assist in inventory management and stock control.

 Work closely with restaurant managers and team members to achieve operational goals.

 Participate in training programs and implement company SOPs.

Requirements

 Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or any relevant field.

 Minimum 1 year of experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or hospitality.

 Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

 Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

 Passion for customer service and hospitality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
