We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer service.
