The Testing Proctor is responsible for administering exams in a secure, fair, and professional testing workplace. This role ensures all testing procedures are followed, maintains academic integrity, and provides support to test-takers before, during, and after examinations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure secure and compliant test delivery
- Welcome and guide candidates through their exam experience
- Proctor exams with professionalism and precision
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
- Support administrative and technical processes
- Keep the testing area clean, organized, and ready for success
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High school graduate (or equivalent)
- Strong communicator with great people skills
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn
- Professional, dependable, and detail-driven
- Available for daytime and/or evening shifts
- Previous experience in customer service or proctoring preferred
