We're looking for an experienced GTM Expert who knows how to build and scale B2B cold email campaigns that generate replies, meetings, and pipeline.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B email marketing and outbound GTM.
- Has sent 25,000+ cold emails per month and understands how to scale campaigns without compromising deliverability.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and other outbound sales tools.
- Robust understanding of email infrastructure, domain setup, warm-up, deliverability, inbox placement, and campaign optimization.
- Proven track record of booking qualified meetings through cold email.
- Comfortable running A/B tests, optimizing copy,
improving reply rates, and continuously refining campaigns based on data.
- Experience with lead sourcing, list building, personalization, and outbound workflows is a plus.
We're looking for someone who has actually built and managed campaigns. You should know what works, what doesn't, and how to consistently generate meetings through email outreach.
