Aanchal Hearing Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to promote hearing healthcare services, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive patient referrals across the assigned regions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for field marketing, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit ENT specialists, General Physicians, hospitals, clinics, medical stores, and other healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.
- Promote hearing assessment services, hearing aids, and other audiology solutions.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, awareness campaigns, and promotional events.
- Coordinate hearing screening camps and support camp execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's referral network.
- Achieve monthly visit targets and business objectives.
- Maintain daily visit reports, expense records, and marketing updates.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient appointments and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences,



or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or audiology marketing will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.

Requirements

- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Flexible to work as per business requirements.
