We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, have a persuasive personality, and be passionate about converting leads into customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls
- Explain products and services effectively to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales opportunities.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Robust negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
