Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally, GST compliance, and export documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling export-related financial documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

* Handle complete GST compliance including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and returns

* Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and coordination with CHA/freight forwarders

* Manage accounts payable and receivable

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

* Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and P&L; statements

* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including TDS, income tax, and other applicable laws

* Coordinate with auditors and support during audits





* Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Strong working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

* In-depth understanding of GST regulations and filings

* Experience in handling export documentation and procedures

* Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

* Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools

* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

* CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)

* Experience in trading, logistics, or export-oriented businesses is an advantage

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience and skills)

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
