We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated ICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in patient monitoring, emergency response, and working collaboratively with doctors and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the treating physician.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.




- Educate patients' families about treatment plans and patient care.
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
