COMPENSATION

Monthly Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000

Salary will be offered purely on the basis of performance during the Work Capacity Test and post-selection performance.

Welcome Bonus

₹15,000 One-Time Joining Bonus

(Provided after successful completion of the Work Capacity Test and joining formalities.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new business opportunities through direct corporate sales.
- Identify business owners and key decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct professional client meetings.
- Present the company's PR & Business Visibility Solutions.
- Acquire new corporate clients.
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and reporting discipline.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification

MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)

Experience

Applicants must possess either:

Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience in:

- Public Relations
- Branding
- Advertising
- Media
- Digital Marketing
- Business Directory Listing
- Corporate Sales
- B2B Sales

OR

Minimum 3 Years of Sales / Business Development experience in any industry.

Freshers are NOT eligible.

30 WORKING DAYS – WORK CAPACITY TEST

Every shortlisted candidate will undergo a practical market assessment for 30 Working Days.

The assessment will evaluate:

FINAL SELECTION CRITERIA

Candidates who successfully complete at least 80% of the assigned work during the Work Capacity Test will be appointed as Senior Sales Executive with a minimum salary of ₹25,000 per month.

Candidates who achieve 100% or more of the assigned targets will receive a higher salary package (above ₹25,000) based on their overall performance.

The final decision of the company regarding selection, salary and appointment shall be final and binding.
