Job Summary

Wheelking Transhaul Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in Kochi. This is a night shift role, supporting our international operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts and have at least 6 months of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
- Maintain records of all account’s payable transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice clarification and issue resolution
- Prepare and process payments, reimbursements, and expense reports
- Perform account reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and avoid discrepancies
- Maintain accurate data and generate reports using MS Excel and accounting tools
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance,



Accounting, or related field
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Payable
- Background in finance/accounting roles is preferred

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
