We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CAD Pattern Master to join our team at Mettaloom. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in Optitex CAD or Gemini with a solid background in the garment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Pattern making, grading, and nesting using Optitex CAD software
- Developing accurate patterns from tech packs, samples, and design briefs
- Grading patterns across all required sizes with precision
- Executing marker making and nesting for fabric efficiency and cost optimisation
- Handling manual pattern development and alterations alongside digital CAD work
- Coordinating with the design, sampling, and production teams throughout the product development process
- Making pattern corrections and revisions based on fit sessions and buyer feedback
- Maintaining an organised library of pattern files and graded size sets
- Ensuring all patterns meet quality, construction, and measurement standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
