Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development who can handle business growth activities along with basic administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, support sales processes, and manage day-to-day coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for business opportunities.
- Maintain sales leads, customer records, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.





Administrative Support:

- Maintain and update client databases, reports, and business records.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare basic reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Assist management with daily operational and coordination tasks.
- Handle email communication and maintain proper documentation.
- Support smooth execution of business processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
