Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Photographer to join our team in Jharsuguda, Odisha. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in photography, photo editing, visual storytelling, and content creation. The role involves capturing high-quality images for corporate events, marketing campaigns, social media, branding initiatives, and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture professional photographs for corporate events, industrial sites, employee activities, products, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor photoshoots.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images using professional editing software.
- Manage photography equipment, lighting setups, and studio requirements.
- Create visual content for websites, social media platforms, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate with marketing, branding, and content teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain and organize digital photo archives and asset libraries.
- Ensure all photography aligns with company branding and communication standards.
- Travel within project locations when required for assignments.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of photography techniques, composition, lighting, and camera operations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom,



Capture One, or similar editing software.
- Experience in portrait, event, corporate, industrial, and product photography.
- Understanding of image optimization for digital and print media.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- 5–10 years of professional photography experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and editing expertise.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in videography and drone photography.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with industrial and corporate photography environments.
