Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior E-Commerce & Online Sales Executive with robust hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and other online sales portals. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing marketplace operations, driving online sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor daily sales, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
- Handle marketplace advertising and sponsored campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain account health.
- Resolve listing issues, customer escalations, returns,



and marketplace-related concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Ajio Partner Portal, and other online sales platforms.
- Experience in managing online marketplace operations and increasing sales.
- Good understanding of product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and marketplace promotions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel ( Vlookup & Pivot table ) and sales reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
