Role Overview

We are seeking technically solid and motivated professionals with a passion for nation-building through infrastructure. The role involves bridge planning and design, coordination with multidisciplinary teams,



and delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.

Eligibility & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in bridge planning, design, and consulting (post-graduation)

Key Skills

- Bridge & highway design, geometry, drainage, and specifications
- Knowledge of IRC, MoRTH, AASHTO, ASTM codes
- Understanding of EPC, PPP (HAM/BOT/TOT), and item-rate contracts
- Quantity estimation, cost assessment, and design optimization
- Coordination across design, traffic, safety, and costing teams

Software Skills

- STAAD – Expert (Mandatory)
- MIDAS, AutoTURN/Vehicle Tracking, InfraWorks (Preferred)
- MS Excel & PowerPoint
- GIS tools, Google Earth Pro, ERP/DMS (Added advantage)
