Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Engineer (Civil) with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and site management. The candidate will lead on-site execution of wastewater treatment projects, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, cost control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Manage end-to-end site execution of STP/ETP/WTP and related civil infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress, prepare execution schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures for materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Review and interpret technical drawings; prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD as required.
- Oversee material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety norms.
- Maintain detailed site documentation including DPRs,



progress reports, billing records, BOQs, and quality logs.
- Support project billing, measurement verification, and client coordination.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 1-4 years of proven experience in civil construction and site management
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, and water-retaining structures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid mode of transport for local travel within Bhopal.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh & have their own vehicle or can relocate to Bhopal on their own for the period, having their own vehicle for travelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
