The role involves conducting patient consultations, recommending treatment plans, and ensuring patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in dermatology, strong counselling skills, and the ability to explain treatments clearly. This is a full-time position that emphasises customer care and ethical practices within the clinic environment.

Job description

- Existing client counseling and converting potential leads into prospects
- Strong sales conversion history.
- Creating convincing sale pitches and drive overall clinical revenue growth through rapport building and selling skills
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead calling and conversion
- Regular data calling as care manager and addressing concerns for maximum retention and referral generation




- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Following up with potential clients and converting leads into appointments
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
- Any bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
- Make referrals to other professionals or resources when necessary.
- Pursue professional development to stay current in the field.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in Aesthetic or related field
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- High EQ and empathetic attitude
- Knowledge of skin, hair and laser treatments and products
- Ability to convert prospects into loyal clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
