We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with proven fintech/financial services experience to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results.
What you’ll do:
- Manage PPC, SEM, and paid social campaigns for fintech products (digital lending, payments, neobanking, trading, etc.)
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and optimize ROI
- Drive audience targeting, conversion funnels, and ad budget management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3+ years in fintech/financial services marketing (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4)
- Proven track record of fintech campaign success (please share examples)
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications; certifications are a plus
