Tele Sales Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our programs/services, and generate admissions/sales through phone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and explain company programs/services
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
- Maintain customer data and update CRM/records
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and support team

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to speak Malayalam and English
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Prior tele sales experience is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling calls
- Quick learner with good follow-up ability

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
