The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for
managing HR functions across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, partnering with business
leaders and employees to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational
goals. The HRBP will oversee talent management, employee engagement,
performance management, and HR operations for the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Partner
with business leaders in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka to identify
talent needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Collaborate
with the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring of critical roles.
- Support
succession planning and leadership development programs.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design
and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work
environment across both states.
- Act
as a strategic advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and
grievance handling.
- Conduct
employee pulse surveys and implement feedback-driven action plans.
3. Performance Management & Learning
- Drive
the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and goal
setting.
- Identify
skill gaps and coordinate training programs in collaboration with the
L&D; team.
- Facilitate
leadership coaching and development programs.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure
HR policies and processes are adhered to as per regulatory requirements.
- Maintain
HR dashboards and analytics to track key HR metrics for Tamil Nadu and
Karnataka.
- Handle
compensation, advantages, and payroll coordination in alignment with HR
policies.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide
HR advisory support to employees and managers on policies and legal
compliance.
- Work
on disciplinary cases, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) matters, and
exit management.

Key Requirements:
- Education:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

5-10 years of HRBP experience in BFSI, preferably in insurance.
