Responsibilities :
Test Planning and Execution :
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual test plans and test cases.
Bug Reporting :
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems like Jira.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g.,Clickup).
Collaboration :
- Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets specified requirements.
Analysis :
- Analyze test results, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
Support :
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of testing environments.
Documentation :
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and results.
Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills :
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills :
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with different types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance).
- Learn and grow with exposure to Agile/Scrum
