Junior Full-Stack Developer

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer with strong

hands-on experience in Node.js, React/Next.js, and MongoDB. Must have a solid grasp of

modern web development practices, excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

â Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React/Next.js on the

frontend and Node.js/Express.js on the backend.

â Implement and manage robust APIs and microservices, ensuring scalability, maintainability,

and security.

â Work extensively with MongoDB (preferred) and PostgreSQL for designing productive data

models and queries.

â Integrate and manage payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) within backend

systems.

â Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and process flows.

â Manage version control using Git/GitHub, follow branching strategies, and resolve merge

conflicts effectively.

â Take ownership of tasks, demonstrate strong logical and analytical thinking, and proactively





suggest improvements.

â Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and challenges in the product

lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

â Frontend: React.js / Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap

â Backend: Node.js, Express.js

â Database: MongoDB (must), PostgreSQL

â Payment Integration: Experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal,

etc.)

â Dev Tools & Workflow: VS Code, Git, GitHub, Postman.

â Cloud: knowledge with AWS services (EC2, S3, cloud front)

â Project Management & Tracking: JIRA or similar tools

â Other: Middleware handling (error logging, request validation, etc.), RESTful API

development, ORM (Mongoose)
