Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations. This role
combines strategic leadership, people management, HR analytics, compliance, and talent
development, ensuring HR practices support organizational goals and foster a high-performance
culture. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and manage diverse HR
functions across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership & Governance

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational and business objectives.

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational
design.

• Lead HR process transformation and change management initiatives.

• Benchmark HR practices and maintain competitiveness through market intelligence.

• Oversee HR audits, policy updates, ISO/client evaluations, and ensure compliance with all
statutory regulations.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments to ensure timely, quality hiring.





• Strengthen employer branding to attract skilled professionals in healthcare and medico-legal
domains.

• Collaborate with department heads to define role-specific competency frameworks.

• Drive structured onboarding and induction programs for smooth integration of new hires.

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and current hire retention.

3. Performance Management & Employee Development

• Implement KPI- and KRA-based performance management systems across teams.

• Facilitate goal setting, mid-year, and annual appraisal cycles with calibration reviews.

• Support managers in identifying underperformance and building improvement plans.

• Design incentive, reward, and recognition programs tied to business outcomes.

• Conduct competency mapping and skill-gap analysis for career and leadership development.

4. Learning & Development

• Build and manage the annual training and development
