Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end compliance with IFSCA regulations, including licensing requirements for Payment
Services Providers (PSP), Money Services Businesses (MSB), and Digital Lending Platforms under sandbox
frameworks.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve AML/CFT frameworks aligned with FATF
recommendations, including tech-driven KYC verification processes with audit trails mandated by IFSCA.
- Monitor regulatory updates, circulars, and guidelines from IFSCA and other authorities, lead interpretation
and integration into policies and procedures. Manage internal governance and reporting obligations, including quarterly compliance and risk reports,
regulatory audits, and submission of MIS filings. Ensure operational compliance with data localization laws, ISO 27001-aligned cybersecurity standards, and
real-time fraud monitoring systems. Coordinate with tax and finance teams to ensure compliance with tax incentives and report under Income
Tax Act Section 80LA, maintaining separate books for IFSC and domestic operations.




- Act as the primary compliance contact for regulators (IFSCA), internal audit, and external advisors; prepare
for and manage regulatory inspections and audits.
- Provide compliance advisory to senior management on regulatory risk, new products, and business
proposals, lead compliance training and awareness programs across the organization.
- Drive compliance culture with a solid risk mindset, maintaining ethical standards and ensuring the entity
remains a trusted financial participant within GIFT City

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA, LLM, or equivalent) in finance, law, commerce, economics, or management.
- 8-10 years of compliance experience in financial services, fin-tech, banking, or IFSC environments, including
3-4 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS or CRCM are advantageous; CA/CS not required.

- Deep knowledge of IFSCA, FEMA, RBI regulations, AML/CF
