About the Role:

As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of our product design vision, leading the creation of intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for our clients digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products deliver an exceptional user experience that aligns with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to wire framing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements, ensuring solutions meet user and business objectives.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors and needs and apply these insights to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency across different products and platforms.
- Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback,



and ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and advocate for their implementation as appropriate.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing design specifications and assets as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conducting user research activities and applying insights to drive design decisions.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
