Appian Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian-based applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to define requirements and solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Appian developers.
- Design scalable and reusable components, integrations, and APIs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Work with QA teams to define test strategies and support UAT.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Appian BPM.




- Strong expertise in Appian 21.x or above versions.
- Experience with Appian plug-ins, Smart Services, Appian Sites, SAIL, CDT, Records, and Process Models.
- Knowledge of Appian Administration, Deployment, and Server Configurations.
- Robust understanding of BPM concepts, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Experience in integration with REST, SOAP, databases, and third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client interaction skills.
