Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Zoho CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the customization, integration, and implementation of Zoho CRM solutions to meet business needs and improve CRM workflows. You will work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy custom Zoho CRM applications that optimize our sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Zoho CRM platform, including its customization, integration, automation, and reporting features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho CRM Customization & Configuration:
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement automation rules such as workflow rules, task assignment rules, and email alerts to streamline business processes.




- Develop custom solutions using Zoho CRM's Deluge scripting language.
- Configure and set up Zoho CRM for new users, ensuring that it is tailored to their specific needs.
- Zoho CRM Integration:
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems (such as ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
- Work with REST APIs to build custom integrations between Zoho CRM and other software platforms.
- Develop and maintain seamless data synchronization between Zoho CRM and other tools in the ecosystem.
- Zoho CRM Extensions & Custom Apps:
- Develop and deploy custom apps and modules within the Zoho CRM setting.
- Design custom reports, dashboards, and views to enhance user experience and decision-making processes.
- Build custom Zoho CRM functions and use Zoho's Marketplace to integrate third-party apps.
- Data Management & Migration:
- Lead efforts to migrate data from legacy systems into Zoho
