- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as feeding, grooming, hygiene, and mobility (as required).
- Supervise students/residents to ensure safety and proper behavior.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, common areas, and personal spaces.
- Support teachers, nurses, or supervisors during daily routines, therapy sessions, or activities.
- Help with meal preparation, serving food, and ensuring proper nutrition practices.
- Monitor and report any unusual behavior, health concerns, or safety issues.
- Provide emotional support and maintain a caring, positive workplace.
- Assist in transporting individuals within the facility when needed.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and caregiving protocols.

Requirements
- Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (flexible based on organization).
- Prior caregiving or support staff experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks and handle basic caregiving duties.
- Good communication skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergencies calmly.
