Roles and Responsibilities:




- Manage day-to-day import logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of all import-related activities.
- Maintain and update all import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, Bill of Lading, etc.) in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange bookings, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with import customs regulations, Incoterms, and import control laws, while proactively addressing any changes in regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and verify import shipping documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance and uninterrupted cargo movement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to facilitate seamless import operations and resolve shipment-related issues.
