Requirements:
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery (MS/DM/DTM/MCh) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital or specialized neurosurgical center.
- Proven expertise in tracheotomy, spinal surgery, brain tumor resection, and spinal tumor surgery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in micro-neurosurgery, endoscopic neurosurgery, and neuromuscular surgery.
- In-depth knowledge of hydrocephalus management, including shunt systems and ETV.
- Experience in spine fixation techniques and trauma-related spinal interventions.
- Solid understanding of intracranial hemorrhage management and emergency neurosurgical protocols.
- Competency in peripheral nerve surgery, including nerve decompression and reconstruction.
- Excellent decision-making, technical dexterity, and ability to work under pressure in critical care settings.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant regulatory body.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
