As we scale, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just "manage" projects — but owns outcomes, removes friction, and brings the team together.
What You’ll Do
- Be the bridge between clients, developers, and leadership
- Take complete ownership of task flow — from requirements to delivery
- Conduct daily stand-ups, follow-ups, and remove blockers
- Ensure clear documentation, timelines, and accountability
- Communicate with clients proactively and professionally
- Maintain quality by coordinating with QA & Developers before client delivery
- Track tasks, dependencies,
and progress using Zoho Projects or other tools.
- Support solution architect with process mapping & sprint planning
Requirements
You Might Be a Great Fit If:

- English language proficiency should be high.

- You enjoy solving people's problems and project problems.
- You have basic understanding of software workflows (or are eager to learn)
- You want to grow into a Delivery Lead or COO type role one day.

Bonus if You Have:
- Experience with Zoho (CRM, Creator, Projects)
- Handled client communication in any tech or service company
- Worked in a startup / tech implementation firm
- A mix of empathy + assertiveness
