- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
- Should possess external advanced skills.
- Review and repair legacy code.
- Best Practices in C# Coding Standards preferred.
- Independent developer is willing to work on shifts and work until issues get resolved.
- Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a agile work environment.
- Ability to "think outside the box".
- Ability to identify tasks that require automation and automate them.




- Demonstrate ability to use standard computing tools: Word processor, spreadsheet, browser, email, and file compression software.
- Expert knowledge of networking technologies from the programmer’s perspective.
