About StreeDhana

StreeDhana is a women-centric financial education and investment awareness platform focused on simplifying personal finance and mutual fund concepts for first-time women investors in India. The platform aims to Educate → Simplify → Empower through structured financial learning journeys.

Internship Role: Financial Education & Outreach Intern

This internship offers hands-on exposure to financial literacy advocacy, content creation, community interaction, and awareness-building in the mutual fund and personal finance space.

Key Responsibilities
- Support financial education initiatives across StreeDhana’s digital platforms.
- Create & promote awareness-oriented content on personal finance and mutual fund basics.
- Engage with women communities to understand financial challenges and learning gaps.




- Assist in outreach campaigns focused on financial literacy and inclusion.
- Learn and understand mutual fund distribution workflows under NextStep Financials.
- Coordinate digital learning journeys, workshops, and engagement drives.

Internship Structure (90 Days)

Phase 1 – Learning & Skill Building (45 Days)

Focus Areas:
- Basics of personal finance
- Mutual fund fundamentals
- Investor communication
- Financial literacy content development
- Behavioural finance & women-centric challenges

Outcome: Completion of foundational assessments & eligibility for Phase 2

Phase 2 – Practical Impact & Outreach (45 Days)

Role Includes:
- Content contribution & digital engagement
- Execution of financial education campaigns
- Community interaction & awareness promotion

Stipend: ₹ 5,000 – 7,000 (performance-based)

Outcome: Exceptional performers may be considered for extended roles or future opportunities.
