Role: CRM Dynamics Developer Lead

Contract Duration: 06 Months

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365, including workflows, plugins, HTML, JS, and Unified Interface.
- Utilize a solid background in CRM foundational components.
- Work with Microsoft Power Platform, including Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop using web technologies and languages such as ASP.net, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XLS, AJAX, JSON, .Net Core, including multi-threaded applications.
- Manage cloud/on-prem databases such as Azure SQL and SQL Server, and use MS SSIS and other third-party connectors/integration tools like Kingsway Soft.
- Prepare technical & functional documentation of software components.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for all environments.




- Design and configure Microsoft Power Portals, integrating with non-Power platform applications, and developing UI using Liquid scripting.
- Use code & project management tools, including Git, TFS, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Employ design tools using ER modeling, UML diagrams, and flow charts.
- Manage Dynamics 365 CRM development environments, code merge, deployments, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with Azure cloud, including authentication and resource management.
- Experience with QAD or SAP ERP integrations.
