We are seeking a Lead AEM QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing for CMS-based web applications, preferably with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will focus on automation strategy, framework setup, regression suite management, and leading QA efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation testing efforts for AEM and other CMS-based web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Define QA strategy, test coverage, and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Collaborate with developers, content teams, and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.




- Report, track, and analyze defects using Jira.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.

Requirements
6+ years of experience in AEM QA Automation

Solid expertise in test strategy, automation framework setup, and regression suite management

Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Postman

Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web architecture

Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Desirable: AEM certification
