Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales, marketing, operations, purchase, dispatch, logistics, and accounts coordination.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Oversee transportation, dispatch planning, and material movement.
- Manage procurement strategies, supplier negotiation, and vendor performance.
- Monitor inventory, supply chain efficiency, and operational cost control.
- Coordinate with finance teams for budgeting, reporting,



receivables, and payables.
- Lead teams with accountability, performance reviews, and workforce planning.

Required Skills:
- Strategic Planning: Ability to create annual business plans and growth strategies.
- Sales & Marketing Leadership: Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Operations Management: Ensure daily business efficiency and process control.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory, procurement, dispatch, and logistics.
- Financial Analysis: Review expenses, budgets, profitability, and reports.

Preferred Skills:
- ERP/MS Office proficiency.
- Plumbing materials / fixtures / building products industry exposure.
- Dealer and distributor network development experience.
