Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with strong experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects from concept development to in office execution, ensuring design quality, functionality, and timely completion.

This role requires hands-on experience in hotel interiors such as guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and public areas, along with the ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with hospitality standards and brand aesthetics
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, layouts, and material selections
- Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams during project execution
- Ensure quality of finishes, detailing, and design accuracy on-site




- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Manage material selections, samples, and approvals
- Ensure design implementation aligns with approved concepts and technical drawings

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel / hospitality interior design projects
- Strong understanding of design development and site execution
- Experience working on guest rooms, hotel lobbies, restaurants, and public areas
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is preferred
